Call for papers - closed

The organisers invite academics to submit proposals for papers dealing with social justice issues in line with the conference theme in the following areas:

Family Law
Law of Persons
Customary Law
Consumer Law

Law of Succession
Property law 

Law of Contract
Banking and Finance Law 
IT Law 
Law of Unjustified Enrichment
Law of Delict
Insurance law 
Freedom of expression and hate speech
Intersection between private law and social justice in the Constitutional era.

Proposals for papers are due by 15 JUNE 2021. No late proposals will be accepted. A proposal should include the following:

  • The title of the paper and an abstract of no more than 250 words;
  • Author(s) name(s);
  • Institutional affiliation;
  • Contact details;
  • Three to four keywords;
  • An indication of how the proposal relates to the theme.
